Communication was excellent, car was immaculate, but price was high. We settled after negotiating & I think I paid more than I needed to. However, only completion was out of state, which would have cost to ship. So, I caved.n

I was treated very respectfully. They gave me as much time as I needed to inspect and drive the car. Price negotiations was fair and fast. I bought a used 2022 Toyota Tundra from Subaru Carlsbad and had a great experience. Mike was my sales guy and he made everything super easy. The truck was clean, ready to test drive, and exactly as described. Sean handled the finance side and was awesome to work with. He explained all the numbers clearly, went over warranty options without pushing anything, and finished the paperwork fast. Overall, smooth and stress-free buying experience.
