When the Volvo wasn't available they tried to steer me to a new Lexus even though I told them I was looking for used. Then the sales guy offered me a new vehicle $10k below sticker so I agreed to come in. He even promised me the price was "out the door". I rearranged my schedule to make an appointment, then the day of he texted "crazy day but we sold out at that price" but come in and test drive anyway. No thanks Bro.

I bought a used 2022 Toyota Tundra from Subaru Carlsbad and had a great experience. Mike was my sales guy and he made everything super easy. The truck was clean, ready to test drive, and exactly as described. Sean handled the finance side and was awesome to work with. He explained all the numbers clearly, went over warranty options without pushing anything, and finished the paperwork fast. Overall, smooth and stress-free buying experience.
