Car was dirty and management stated wasn't going to detail until purchased, full of dirt and dog hair, I wasn't about to get in to even test drive, however sales agent was very kind and understanding.

Set up an appointment to see this car and another car they said they had in stock. As soon as we get in the room the salesman was like the Honda sold and oh the highlander we can’t sell because of some damage to the bottom. Then he says let me go check with my manager. Then he comes back and says oh it’s nothing major we are gonna fix it. Mind you this car has been there for 30 days plus. We ask for the car fax and he accidentally prints the one for the Honda they sold. I got a bad feeling as soon as he told me he couldn’t see the highlander then all of a sudden he could. Then reading the car fax it had been in a wreck and had some undercarriage damage. Which lines up with what he originally mentioned the wreck and that they couldn’t sell it. Buying used is hard enough already. We gotta trust what the dealership/salesman are telling you about the car. Trusted my instincts and we left. I don’t care about the cosmetic things. I just want to buy a good used car for me and my family.
