I would strongly caution anyone considering doing business with this dealership. I made it clear I was a serious buyer ready to purchase immediately, yet it took days to get consistent communication. I was told that if I wasn’t interested, they would probably send the vehicle back to auction. Based on that information, I made a lower offer intending to negotiate toward a fair price. The very next day, I was told the vehicle had been SOLD to someone who paid “fair market value,” with the implication that I had simply lowballed them. Then the story changed. The General Sales Manager later told me the vehicle was actually SENT TO AUCTION, not sold as I had previously been told. So which was it? My issue isn’t that they rejected my offer. It’s the contradictory stories, poor communication, and lack of transparency. This is exactly why consumers distrust car dealerships. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere.
