I've bought 9 cars in the past 15 years and every dealership has had their "thing" that annoyed me, be it pushy salesmen, inconsideration of my time, or lack of price transparency. This is the FIRST time that the process seemed completely on my terms. Everyone I interacted with was open, communicative, and was eager to assist however they could. I tend to be a bit more through than the average person because I need to know all the info up front. They were more than willing to comply and provide all the details I needed to feel comfortable to proceed. They worked with me on pricing and not once did they try to force a warranty, dealer markup, or hidden fee. The sale price was the sale price. I will definitely return for future car needs.
