I got good help and bought the car. I don't like the gamesmanship, the fact that it took over two hours and most especially the "Doc Fee" of $620 on top of the settled price.

Got deal set up knew I was upside down on current trade in they lowballed the trade in and then we agreed on monthly payment w/ 2k down then they submitted finance app after numerous failed attempts and lower credit score from 810 to 805 and said then would need a 12k down payment. When I said no they then asked what I could put down... I told them I didn't want work or buy anything from them. They sent 2 or 3 more emails and said maybe at a later time we could make a deal
