Spent over an hour for them to “find” the car before we could test drive it. We are transparent about having pre-approved financing and our bottom line. They pulled every typical trick in the book to wear us down: offering a salvage price for an operable decent trade in, telling us it was mandatory to run credit when obviously with a preapproval that is not the case, led us to believe they could do the deal for the loan and trade then pulled a several thousand dollar addition to the total asking us to request more from our lender AND bring them a cashiers check rather than just using the reference code which automatically allows them access to the loan info…on and on so we finally walked away.

Flatirons Subaru called me first thing in the morning after I submitted my inquiry the night before.They know to act immediately for the customer to get the right car.Doug,my salesman,did go the extra mile to help secure the vehicle that I had inquired about.The car was proudly displayed, looking new and shiny although it is a pre-owned.He had Everything ready when I walked in - Breezed right through the papers and out to the car for the test drive.Finance must have been ready too,he said I'll be right back - can I get you something to drink? And he was . Everybody seemed attentive and comfortably energetic, and Like they already knew you. Focusing on your choices of the right car and financing. Wow,It's a joy to buy a car again. 5 stars on all counts
