Very informal transaction. They are basically an online dealership so there's no physical lot for their inventory but the owner was very trustworthy and somewhat flexible in pricing (within reason).

Salesperson (Chase) was great. Pricing was honest and fair. Because it's a Chevy dealer car was certified pre-owned extending the warranties. Overall a good experience. I didn't give them 5 stars because they wouldn't set up an appt with the finance person who handled all the paperwork. We set a meeting for 9:30, she was unable to meet with us till 2! Wasted a lot of time just getting signed and done. Also the sales mgr brought an attitude that I could have done without. But overall happy with the experience - great sales person - we bought this car - it was delivered clean, certified and all charged up. Also Chase called the next day to make sure all was well.

They were quick to respond to our inquiry about a car. The listing was accurate. The oil light came on while we were test driving and the gas was on empty. However we bought the car from them. They had the oil changed and gas put in the car while we were filling out the paperwork. They were very helpful. We love our used car. We highly recommend them to others that are in search of a car.
