Concesionarios cercanos (Statesboro, GA)

Bounced from one salesperson to another 30 minutes before I was set to arrive. New salesman did not even know in which vehicle I was interested, and immediately asked if I might be interested in another vehicle. I explained I was only interested in the one car that I had called about. Then the salesman tells me that that car actually doesn’t exist on the lot. I told him I knew it did because I had seen it on the lot and actually was able to look inside of it because the door was unlocked. He asked around and somebody told him it was in the service department getting ready for sale. After getting off the phone with the salesman I got back in touch with the first sales person I was speaking with, and told her that I was not very comfortable working with the other salesman and that before even knowing which car I wanted, he tried to put me into something else. She lied and told me that’s because he knew it had a “serious safety issue”. I canceled my appoint and never followed up.

Ended up not purchasing the vehicle but had a good experience. Would recommend this dealership.

Drove over an hour to look at the truck for an agreed upon price. Once I got there and drove the truck (it drove out ok on a short drive) the check engine light was on. The dealer had no explanation about what was wrong. The truck was suppose to be a local trade in at dealer but Womack could not get a Carfax on the truck. After discussing the truck with a salesman he said that the price was $1200 more than we had agreed on (I had a trade in). His truck was overpriced even though it had low miles (based on odometer). I did not trade and would never consider buying from Womack again.
