Ok, salesman was fine. Sales manager over the weekend; dismissive and arrogant, literally told me "I didn't call you over, you can go sit down over there". I try was attempting to hand the salesman my insurance information. The finance team was good. I won't go back due to the sales manager, he was a jerk and unfriendly.

Very dissatisfied with my experience with this dealership. I was pre-approved through CarGurus and found a Jeep Gladiator listed by this dealership. I was initially told the vehicle could be shipped directly to me in Minnesota. After asking about negotiating the price and what guarantees/protections were provided after delivery I was suddenly told that their policy does not allow customers from states that do not border Washington to use financing. CarGurus had already informed the dealership that I was pre-approved, and I had clearly stated that I was located in Minnesota. When I asked the salesperson to provide a copy of this policy, they were unwilling to do so This was extremely frustrating and felt misleading If this restriction is truly dealership policy, it should be clearly disclosed before customers spend time pursuing a vehicle Advertising vehicles on a nationwide marketplace while restricting financing based on the customer’s state creates a disappointing customer experience

Dave Jennings was great to deal with, not pushy. He appreciated that my circumstances kept my budget within certain guidelines so that I just couldn’t meet the price your establishment wanted. The vehicle was great and the same for Dave’s professionalism. Just wish my 150 mile road trip could have brought home that nice vehicle.

We had the best customer service. The sales Rep, Pe're was very helpful. He made sure that he showed us many other options and he was phenomenal.

The car i went to look at had the worst cigarette smell i have ever smelled. The dealership said that the car had never been smoked in. before i made the 3 hour drive to look at the car.

The entire staff were very friendly and helpful, no high-pressure sales job. There was an issue with a window which they immediately fixed while I was in the office. The car was beautifully detailed and spotless. They offered to deal with my rental car for me. The entire process took several hours, which included the test drive and filling out all the paperwork.
