Not pushy & very understanding. The whole crew there were wonderful!

The guy was driving the car as his personal, has scratches that weren’t mentioned covered in sharpie, he put on about 400 miles onto the car and the check engine light was on. When I got into the truck everything was rubbed raw on the steering wheel and he had his belongings thrown around the truck. Never coming back here again.

Upfront and responsive

They have automated messages and they won’t have me approved before I get there. I keep getting the run around and nobody real ever contacts me

They don’t want sell unless is by finance

I worked with Classic Honda of Midland while trying to purchase a used Toyota Sequoia. Trevor was generally polite and responsive, and he did make an effort to go back and forth on pricing, which I appreciated. That said, the experience became frustrating toward the end with the used car manager. Pricing discussions were repeatedly framed around MSRP, trade-in, and internal comps. After we reached a point where we agreed to move forward and documents were supposedly being prepared, I was told the vehicle had been sold to another customer. I understand cars can sell quickly, but the timing and communication around the final step were disappointing. Overall, it didn’t leave me with a lot of confidence in closing when things got close. Don’t trust them enough to honor the verbal agreement even if both agreed upon if you are a far away customer. If they can sell to some other while you are disadvantaged at distance and time, they will do it.
