Had a few models in their inventory peak my interest. Ended up purchasing an MDX, the owner Craig was wonderful. I couldn’t recommend this place enough, every cars nicely priced especially for the state in or out of each vehicle.

Deceptive pricing and wasted time. I spent over 6 hours negotiating a 2024 Ford Edge SEL AWD advertised at $21,990. From the start, I made it clear all numbers had to be OTD (out-the-door). We verbally agreed on $22,000 OTD. In finance, that agreement was ignored. Add-ons and fees were added on top, pushing the real price close to $24,000. When I questioned it and declined add-ons, the finance manager’s, Jason, attitude became rude and unprofessional. Despite clearly requesting only one credit pull, they ran two hard inquiries. I left without a deal but with wasted time and damage to my credit. This was a classic bait-and- switch at the finance desk. I do not recommend this dealership to anyone who values transparency. Review every line carefully or expect to pay more than agreed.
