I was contacted by the Sales Manager who informed me that he had assigned a sales person to contact me. The Sales Manager wanted to know if his salesperson had answered all my questions. However, that salesperson who assigned never contacted me. I sent an email back to the Sales Manager notifying him of that. Then I was contacted by another person who did answer my questions and informed me that if I wanted to check it out, I'd have to come to their dealership and see it there. They weren't willing to drive it to the dealership the company owns that's about 3 miles from my house, and wanted me to go to their dealership about 25 miles away. I don't have a car so have no way to get to their dealership and at 74 years old I'm not walking 50 miles in the winter. She also informed me the vehicle is a Mechanic's Special, don't remember anything in the AD saying it was anything less than in reasonable condition.

The owner Mike reached out to me on a Sunday night after only one text message He was very honest about the suburban that was for sale. knowing that I was a 90 mile drive a way he automatically sent me pictures of surface rust around the bottom of the vehicle, at that time I decided the vehicle wouldn’t be for me, he was having the problem fixed by his body shop but I was afraid the rust would resurface, thanks Mike for saving me a long ride out, n being honest, Thx again Len from Chicago
