Staff never returned my phone call to test drive vehicle. Vehicle was never on the lot.

Always trust a long haired car salesman who works with a sales manager named Charlie! Brendan and Charlie tagged team a sale of a jeep wrangler with me and I couldn’t be happier. It’s the first time I ever bought a vehicle via internet and I have no doubt I’ll go back to Charlie and Brendan the next time I’m vehicle shopping. Five star fantastic!

I have to say that Bryan was so kind, and Eric in finance was very helpful. I haven't bought a car in so long and this was so easy, thank you!!

I did buy the vehicle and Erik Sakshaug was the sales associate that helped me from the start to finish because of his customer service I felt more confident in buying the vehicle and I would definitely recommend it to others. I would 100% purchase another vehicle with Mercedes & work with Erik. The sales manager, ( I believe) was also very kind and great customer service.

The dealer knew we were coming from 3 hours away to be there on a friday with 3 days notice. 30 mins before we were to get there they txt us saying they were pulling the car around. We get there and now the car isnt even at the dealership. We were told it would be an hour so we went on a walk near by. 2.5 hours later we finally here that the car is there and almost done being detailed. We go back, the car is dirty litteral mud chunks in there and food crumbs on the seat, the outside was comicly bug splattered. Like so obviously undetailed. Just not sure why were were lied to about that and like it's on a lot shouldn't that have been done? And we were lied to about where it was and how long kt would be ect. Really unpleasant and frustrating how much of the day was waisted considering they knew we were coming well in advance from farther away. We would have been happy to go to where ever the car actually was in the first place.

BMW of Eugene was incredibly accommodating to our style of purchase. We did not have to spend a lot of time negotiating, and they had everything ready to go to make the transaction seamless. They made our experience so easy, and continue to be helpful, responding to any questions or needs we might have.

There is no communication happening at this dealership between employees. I made an appointment to view a nissan rouge. I called to confirm multiple times leading up to the day because I was driving 2 hours. I get there to test drive it and the car was not there. They had rented it to someone that day while they worked on someone else’s car. As you can imagine I was very irritated. The salesman didn’t know what car I wanted to drive which didn’t make sense because like i said i called multiple times to confirm with the specific car. Anyway, me driving 2 hours was a waste of time so wouldn’t recommend
