The sales rep was polite and respectful, however the dealership isn’t so good. I was told by 2 different people via phone call that the car I was interested in was on the lot and they confirmed the price listed on carguru is correct. However the dealership would not honor that price and the car was at a different dealer location. That’s bad business practice.

They are very nice to you when you are there. They advertise a low price. When you get there they add extras to the price so that it ends up on the high end of comparable vehicles and will not sell without the extras. When confronted them with my opinion that this seems not good business practice they replied “ that’s how we get people in here” the price was above avg. but not the great deal I went there to get

So he wasted my time by driving out there to tell me you don't even have the car on the premise. I went from a good failing. I was handed the car keys just like that to look for the car myself to view.opened the door and start the car myself.check engine sign was on,breaks sign,Tyre pressure sign etc.when l Complained,one of the attendants told me that’s why the price is lower but l guess that’s not what is on the page if l may be wrong
