Everything is extremely easy and smooth. So much so I thought for sure something wasn’t right! From the confirmation the vehicle was available to scheduling my test drive. Even with me showing up earlier. Was a great experience I will for sure recommend Lia to anyone. And Lee was awesome. Super nice. I didn’t feel pressured at all. The car was advertised with heated seats but did not have them. They offered $400 or to bring it back for aftermarket installation. I chose to have them installed myself so that I could make sure it was a quality installation. In my opinion they should pay my installation cost which will be way higher than $400. This wasn't my fault. Otherwise, everything was great.
