Price was $4000 more than advertised price. It is a Chevrolet dealer but they couldn't confirm the CARB state warranty of 10 years 150000. After about 15 minutes I walked away. The salesman didn't really want to sell a vehicle.

The truck looked nice but it was rusting underneath also leaking oil a d what appeared to be transmission fluid. I just said No and left. They kept calling after and I had to keep telling them I didn't want to buy anything from that dealership. Finally blocked them

Very communicative. Cesar responded promptly to my questions and even voluntarily updated me daily on car availability as we were coming from quite a distance away. Our salesperson, Cherry, did a great job assisting us upon our arrival, getting us connected for test drives and then handling the paperwork for our purchase. Pricing on the car was very competitive. I would recommend this dealer.

Jason the only sales person I saw was hard to work with. No i see why those people didn’t get this truck. Original he told me he sold it and then 2 days later it’s available like crazy but now I know why. This truck has a bad suspension and other mayor flaws. Also his help with finical was so bad they were giving me a quote 50 dollars more a month and they would have made 50 bucks extra off me each month. The paper quote he gave me it was a scam trying to take another 2.5k out of me by the end of 7 years without counting already interest. My interest was around 4k from bank but if I would have gone with him I would have paid 6.5k. Honestly I got all the proof and I wouldn’t do business here. Telling me that oh it’s a hot car and so many people want it but it’s been there for more than 2 months. I told Them du to the bad suspension and deep scratch 700 dollars out the door price he said no and I left and made me feel bad for not getting it 1/10 never come here

I rate dealer as follow…(Benny) I didn’t even make it to the dealership because my initial interaction with the sales representative over text was very poor and unprofessional. When I submitted my offer—which was only $5,000 below the original asking price—they questioned me as if I was unreasonable. They repeatedly asked where I came up with that number, even after I explained it, and they never provided a counteroffer. They simply stayed firm on their price, which I’m completely fine with, but the way I was questioned felt very unprofessional and discouraging not willing to be flexible at all, and you would think their price is already great or amazing but it’s not because you can compare on this app many different vehicles with the same year same miles same models for a little bit less than the asking price for this one.

Agreed on the price but had to bring cashiers check that day. He was over an hours drive away. Wouldn't accept a wire.

They were dishonest about the price . They said the are willing to negotiate , I drove 2 hours to see the car and when I asked about negotiating the price they said there was nothing the could do . Furthermore they were very inflexible and unwilling to bend at all in finance process . They lost out on 15000 dollars cash and I was happy to take my business elsewhere .
