Horrible customer service and massive lack of communication. I get the impression they do not really want to sell cars and in fact lots to me and told me the car was no longer young to be sold but was gritting sent back to wherever it came from. But it is still up for sale a week later with a lower price no one will contact me back and I've sent a handful of messages.

A very bad experience. They lied about the prices; the car I wanted was listed at $19,900, but then they told me it actually cost $33,000. They are scammers—do not go to that place! That is exactly how they deceive people.

I went there to meet a salesperson about a car. When I get there he was working with someone else so I was passed to someone else. The price was overpriced. Not even close to fair market value. Higher than avg miles, non cpo, accident on the title, and a 2023. I showed the salesman the blackbook, Edmunds, Kelly's bluebook value on that car. I also showed a car at another dealer that had lower miles, and cpo for around the same price. I made a fair offer over fair market value. I had a down-payment with me. I also have good credit. The salesman said he'll go check. He comes back and his reply was "they said no." Thats it. No counter-offer nothing just no. Then the manager had the nerve to email me a week later and asked how my experience was. I told him what happened and said Im still interested but want a better deal. I was ignored. No reply. Then the salesman I spoke with emailed me a few days after that and I told him the samething. He also never replied back. Place is not legit
