When I replied and asked him to adjust....He waited a few days then said he never got the email and raised the price online to $23,995....Also, he didn't know if the vehicle came with charger....Javier's (sales rep) reply: "Some of them come with a Level 1 Charger."

I inquired about a Porsche GT4 RS and was willing to move forward quickly. Unfortunately, my experience with financing through Quantum was frustrating. My credit was pulled multiple times without a clear update, and communication often lagged — I went several days without responses. Eventually I was told financing wasn’t possible, but it took over a week to get that clarity. While the team was polite and the car inventory is attractive, the process left me feeling uncertain and stalled. I had to escalate just to get information on where things stood, and ultimately I had to request my deposit back. For high-end purchases, I expected more transparency, faster answers, and clearer guidance.
