The truck was exactly what I wanted. Took several days to complete the deal. Because it was a popular truck they would not come off the price any I felt my trade-in value on my vehicle was low but overall the salesman was good. The dealership was good and the outcome was wonderful. I got the truck I wanted, but as a woman buying a vehicle on her own yes I did feel vulnerable.

I called to check to make sure the vehicle was available. Made an appointment to take the vehicle home for 24 hours drove 45 minutes to pick the vehicle up and when I got there, the service was good but when they brought the vehicle out on the driver side back panel, what a huge piece of paint chipped off the vehicle, the size of a golf ball this was not mentioned in the ad, and it was not shown in the pictures. I went back and looked at the pictures and every picture. It was cut out very disappointed.

Seemed to be genuinely wanting me to get into a vehicle and then all of a sudden " nope it ain't happening" the morning that the salesman had set up with me to pick me up here at home and drive me to Columbus GA dealership, but not a phone at all, the last reply was by me answering his question of how much down can I put down , I replied 0-500 and that's the last I've heard from the salesman
