I didn’t buy any vehicles from the dealership but they did call and check up on me.

This dealership was very helpful. I had spoke with John and he let me know the vehicle was still available. He even sent me a video of the vehicle. It took me over an hour to get to this dealership, but well worth it. On my arrival I talked to a young sales person named Elijah. He had the vehicle cleaned and waiting for me on my arrival. He also stayed in contact with me the entire time while I was in route to the dealership. Everyone there made it easy for me to purchase the vehicle. Best experience ever from this dealership.

The salesperson who initially showed us the vehicle was helpful and informative. Unfortunately, our experience changed once we moved forward with the purchasing process. The salesman, Allen, was rude and unprofessional throughout the transaction. We spent nearly seven hours at the dealership without receiving clear or consistent information. In addition, the ProPack fee was not included in our original offer, but we were later told it was mandatory and that the issue was due to Sergio from internet sales for leaving it off in our initial offer. While the car itself seemed like a solid purchase, the lack of transparency and poor customer service ultimately led us to decide that we would not recommend purchasing from this dealership.

The staff was very helpful for my son’s first vehicle purchase.

Sales associate had no understanding about the car and didn’t do his research to have a meaningful conversation

Rich and his crew are great. He had a unique Corvette, fairly priced, and I bought it. Helpful, easy to communicate with, and thoroughly professional.
