This dealership was very helpful. I had spoke with John and he let me know the vehicle was still available. He even sent me a video of the vehicle. It took me over an hour to get to this dealership, but well worth it. On my arrival I talked to a young sales person named Elijah. He had the vehicle cleaned and waiting for me on my arrival. He also stayed in contact with me the entire time while I was in route to the dealership. Everyone there made it easy for me to purchase the vehicle. Best experience ever from this dealership.

I have given this Simi Valley Jeep three opportunities to earn my business, but unfortunately, each experience has been disappointing. As a local resident, I hoped to build a long-term relationship for sales, service, and parts, but that will not be the case. During my most recent visit, I spoke with Sergio about a vehicle in stock and brought in my late-model, one-owner trade-in. Instead of working with me on pricing or trade value, I was asked to obtain a written offer from another dealership before they would consider matching it. This did not reflect a genuine effort to earn my business. Due to the lack of transparency and professionalism, I will not be returning.

Sales associate had no understanding about the car and didn’t do his research to have a meaningful conversation

Rich and his crew are great. He had a unique Corvette, fairly priced, and I bought it. Helpful, easy to communicate with, and thoroughly professional.

Slow to respond. I though I was in the buying process and had secured a loan only to be told they sold to a local buyer. Very frustrating.
