Great experience,

nothing to say - everyone was nice but I didn't buy anything!

I have looked at 2 cars at this dealership over the last 6 months while trying to find something for my teenager. Both have had major issues that were not disclosed. When I brought them up to them they acted like this was the first time they knew anything about them. One car took 5-7 times to get the car to even stay on and they just shrugged their shoulders and walked away. This is the kind of dealership that gives used car salesmen that bad name. I won't be looking here anymore.

I made multiple attempts via email, multiple phone calls, text, to get a deal going for the car I was interested in. The rep at the dealership had slow responses so I reached out to the sales manager, never received a response, emailed the GM never got a response. On day 5 I gave up and purchased elsewhere. You shouldn't have to chase the staff to do business with you. I work 12 hour days and needed to do some things preliminary to the purchase which is why I reached out via phone, text and email. I guess the dealership isn't advanced enough to do business that way. You might have a different experience if you walk in.

Very accommodating before the sale. Limited communication regarding transport of vehicle after the sale. Overall, easy car buying process.

Dealer tried to have me come in to see jeep after they had alrdy sold it tried to bait and switch

Although I did not purchase my vehicle from this dealer, they answered all my questions and were very straightforward. I would recommend them to anyone in the area.
