Jim the owner, was very nice and friendly. He was very fast in responding. I went out to test drive a 2008 Jeep. The jeep's description on the listing was very accurate. The car was clean and ready for a test drive. They gave us a 3000 mile or 3 month warranty. I've never had a small used car lot offer a warranty. I've been very pleased with the whole experience. I would definitely recommend Rosewood Auto Sales to my friends and family.

After driving all over Ohio, we found not only the best selections of jeeps, we also found the best the best sales guy. Bob is who want to buy from. Low pressure sales. Asked us to drive other vehicles. Bob is the guy you want to deal with. Our original jeep dont going though as we liked, yet we came back and eventually bought a vehicle from him..... The owner of this establishment deals with the financing and was helpful with the overall sale but wasn't friendly and never got involved with the sale. Overall, I would highly just recommend dealing with Bob, he will get you the vehicle you want but just deal with the hands off owner. You will get a great vehicle at a great price .

I mentioned that I liked the vehicle very much except for a noise of something rubbing in rear passenger side, that I requested be identified, repaired

So the day after I contacted them, I got a text with a link to look at details. The link didn't work. It said the link had been suspended. I tried to go to the website for Mid-States Motors and got the same response. It said website has been suspended. Two days later, I received another text asking me if I was still interested.

No hassle, car in great condition.
