We were not bombarded with staff. In fact had to go get someone for help. Staff were friendly. They would not budge on the price of the truck. I have been using chat gpt to help us know if vehicles are good deals or not. It is very helpful. However you have to be willing to budge with it also. Would have loved to leave with a truck that day.

Salesperson ghosted me after asking about the class action lawsuit recall covering bad motors that lock up in this model car. I was inquiring if the car had been fixed per the recall and I got crickets. So wouldn't recommend the dealership

I drove 2 hours to look at this used 2023 Ford F-150 XLT. I met with the salesman & test drove it. It drove good as usual, but when I got back I noticed the passenger door had been keyed. Upon bringing attention to the salesman/manager on shift, they said “it didn’t have that when we got it here, it must have happened in the parking lot” So upon hearing this I went on their website to see the initial pictures & sure enough it’s in the pictures if you zoom in far enough. Being blatantly lied to isn’t a good way to sell a vehicle. I get it’s a used vehicle with 35,000 miles but being lied straight to your face is some serious crap! I ended up taking my business elsewhere to say the least.
