Received multiple responses to my request, unfortunately those responses did not include replies to my questions but rather were single line response to a single question or template response. All responses were intended to get an interested customer to visit the dealership, I was a very interested customer but not local so needed to communicate remotely and that wasn’t possible with received communication.

Very helpful, good communication. Ultimately I did not buy but was very satisfied with their efforts.

Completely lied about condition and lied about cleaning the vehicle to get my wife and I to drive 2 hours away just to show us a large suv we need for our kids that the ac didn't work in priced at 14000 dollars the hood looked like it had been sanded and then tried to sell us a suburban for 25000 that the suburban emblems were rusted and falling off and it smelled like mold and mildew inside complete waste of time and not the way anyone should be doing business

Car was fine I asked prior to driving 4 hours both ways to verify financing and please let me know down payment availability of the vehicle and none of this was communicated or done. They received it but wasted my day to tell me to come back and find a co-signer. Best part is I was going home to do finances with my local bank and no one called me back or had anything to do with me until I got a text to review my experience that day and the salesperson then jumps to call me to make me correct my questionnaire. I never saw anyone form finance no one explained anything to me left it all on the sales woman she was pleasant but not helpful stayed on her phone the entire time of test drive and while I was there said she had to respond to other customers overall experience was unpleasant.

My experience was fast and easy. I would like to thank Cruz for helping me thru the process.

Everyone at McSweeney was great!! Not pushy, knowledgeable about the truck, and quick to process. Drove to Tennessee and back with no issues and great gas mileage! See Austin for a great buying experience.
