Car wasn’t in as good condition as stated. Wouldn’t budge on price. Manager just discussed about how he’s been at his job for 31 years and is great at what he does - filled with false promises and no follow up.

John was very nice. Thought we had a deal, but fell through due to unfavorable financing. I got approved, but the items that John's advertisement stated would be taken care of, changed at last minute. Guess I lost faith due to this change. Best to deal with dealership if it's a direct buy out, with no financing.

I went in to see the car, but was told it was not for sale. It seems they put it on their website as a listing even though because of milage they would not sell it. I was having a difficult day, as I totaled my car and was trying to find a replacement. This car was a great match so I was very disappointed. What made matters worse was the person I spoke with that night just smirked when I told him how much worse he had made my day.
