Jordan, the sales agent I was to meet up with at the dealership was busy with another customer and was thoughtful enough to get another agent to take care of me right away. Scott was very helpful and a pleasure to work with. The dealership was very clean and inviting. The car I purchased was detailed and full of gas before they released it to me. I inquired about a Maverick listed for sale. I received a general chat bot response and eventually a real person reached out and said they would have the Internet manager reach out in the morning to discuss a deal. When they called we chatted about the vehicle to only be told someone is in dealership as we speak and are buying in. I felt like it was a ploy to start a high bid discussion. I said no thank you and simply passed. I've been called twice to follow up on the truck. So is it there? Is it sold..... The world may never know.. Either way, I suggest better communication.
