At first the experience was excellent, great communication but once I got to the dealership all that stopped. I signed for the car and found out one rim was cracked, ok no big deal dealership offered to replace all four rims. 3 days and I still have not received my paperwork and then half of my deposit was returned without any reason. I contacted the sales rep but all I hear is I’m going to find out but nothing!!! When a customer spends more than $20k one should expect better communication.
