I went to the dealership to look at a 2020 tundra , 84,000 miles roughly at roughly 39,000 dollars. I noticed several things inspecting the vehicle. First thing I noted six or eight dime to nickel sized paint chips in the grill area. I asked the salesman Cory about it. He immediately dismissed my concern stating it was an older vehicle. I then noted there were no liners separating the front wheels from the engine in the front wheel well. Moving on my friend noted rust clearly visible on the sides of the running boards. I then checked the rear wheel well and found light rust in the shock pistons and shock mounts. I asked salesman Cory where the vehicle came from and if it had been around salt water. No answer given. I then found a scuff on the paint of the rear bumper where an impact occurred yet carfax listed no accidents. I then listed all these things and no move was made to lower the asking price. These people epitomize the stereotype of used car salesmen. No shopping there

I went in just to look at and maybe drive a car, a few days later I had to buy it. The car itself was very nice and clean, but the assistance and service was top notch. Christian was very helpful, had the car pulled up for me when I arrived, took his time to show me around the facility, and was very informed about the vehicle itself. I was extremely comfortable buying from this dealership because of the welcoming personality of the whole staff, the transparency of the price and information of the car, and the reassurance that if any future issues were to arise, they could be taken care of appropriately.
