I had a very frustrating experience with G Motors. The lack of transparency and organization was unacceptable. I confirmed the night before and again the morning of my appointment that the car was on the lot. I was even told it was pulled out, cleaned, and ready for me to test drive. When I arrived, the car wasn’t even there. It showed up about 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment. Once it arrived, the condition was disappointing. The dash had a warning light due to a bad auxiliary battery, all four tires were nearly bald, and the front brakes (pads and rotors) were completely worn, affecting stopping power. On top of that, the fuel light was on with only about 30 miles left,I had to put gas in myself just to test drive the car. After all that, they ran my financing and never followed up with me. I even mentioned I was ready with a $7,500 trade-in and had the option to pay cash, but still received no communication. Overall, a very poor experience. I would not recommend this dealer

Submitted and application. Waited....no reply. Once I got to someone they told me I would receive a call from a salesman on one occasion they never called then they reached out to me after 2 days and asked if I spoke with someone. Told them no and they said they would call me . They called hours late ( I specified 1pm that day ) was told they couldn't find my application and never heard back .
