I purchased a 2014 Bentley Continental GT V8 S from MTH of Saint Cloud. While the sales and financing process went smoothly, the vehicle’s condition was not accurately disclosed. After reviewing the transport inspection photos, it is clear the rear bumper had pre-existing damage that was never mentioned. The bumper is separating under the license plate and there is visible cracking on the underside. This damage appears in the pickup photos, meaning it was not caused by shipping. On a Bentley, this is not cosmetic. It affects value and integrity and should have been disclosed upfront. Had I known, it would have impacted my decision and pricing. What is most frustrating is that despite multiple emails and calls, I still have not received a meaningful response. Communication was strong during the sale, but stopped once an issue was discovered. Transparency and accountability were lacking.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a dealership. I’ve sent them multiple emails. Tried to call multiple times and can never get a hold of somebody. I half butt responses from Lee and Wes. Curt actually responded to a few of my questions. But I haven’t heard anything back since last Thursday and I intended to buy this vehicle this week before Christmas.!!! I’m still interested in this vehicle if they can transfer it to another Morries location, but I refuse to deal with this location now!! Worst customer service I have ever experienced!!

Sell's was great... and so was my guy Corey...process was efficient... car was there and as advertised... they held the car for me since I live an hour and a half away and the online financing worked like a charm. Originally went there for this exact deal but will definitely be back!

Waited over 30 minutes to be helped even though I made an appointment. Truck was in horrible condition and was told I couldn't even test drive it because it need some new parts. Drove over hundred miles to not even test drive a truck.
