Never called or text back

Communication was severely lacking. They would call you three times and not remember who you were trying to sell you the same car you were already trying to buy. Financing was a nightmare and their rates are astronomical. They also won’t use any other financing, must be in house. Pricing was not transparent. Financing is an entirely different price. What you see is the “cash” price. Then they run your credit and never even tell you it’s 2k more until you’re trying to figure out how they got such a high price. Weird huh? The salesman ended up calling my wife as well, trying to sell her the car. They are disastrous. Stay away.

The dealer was super nice and helpful when I got there but he couldn't show me the car that he was busy and he was the only one there and I could not take it for a test drive and I did not have time to wait. But they got a great selection of cars they're very helpful and the dealership is highly recommended

The staff took 4 hours to buy the car and then 3.5 hours to pick up the car. The interior was not detailed as promised and the gas tank was almost empty even though they promised a full tank. Communication was almost non-existent as they continually stated that it would be just a few minutes. Minutes turned into hours. It was a very frustrating experience.

Even though we didn’t buy the car (great car by the way), the team there were great with greeting us, the test drive process and helping us crunch numbers. The whole experience was great and we look forward to going back again one day.
