Communication was severely lacking. They would call you three times and not remember who you were trying to sell you the same car you were already trying to buy. Financing was a nightmare and their rates are astronomical. They also won’t use any other financing, must be in house. Pricing was not transparent. Financing is an entirely different price. What you see is the “cash” price. Then they run your credit and never even tell you it’s 2k more until you’re trying to figure out how they got such a high price. Weird huh? The salesman ended up calling my wife as well, trying to sell her the car. They are disastrous. Stay away.

The dealer was super nice and helpful when I got there but he couldn't show me the car that he was busy and he was the only one there and I could not take it for a test drive and I did not have time to wait. But they got a great selection of cars they're very helpful and the dealership is highly recommended

Kevin at the dealership has been very helpful. I had a third party inspection and the dealership was very accommodating. They arranged for all repairs and remedies with Mercedes and organized transport to the final destination. Very professional. I highly recommend them to anyone. I live in Florida and the dealership is in California. They made the transaction smooth and easy.

Manager adds additional charges with our request and when asked to remove them he refused it seemed impossible to remove I asked about 4-5 times to remove it and they refused only thing they did was drop the price staff is friendly but manager will do you dirty if you come in trying to make a good deal only good thing about this dealer is they can give you a really good interest rate if it wasn’t for the add on issue this dealer would be great wouldn’t buy from them ever again worst experience I’ve had
