Little to no communication from multiple staff including a sales "manager". I originally sent emails trying to inquire about a car around a week ago. I was called and told by the sales manager i would be assigned a sales person and they would email me information. 3 days later i did not receive anything. I called the dealership and spoke to somone else attempting to purchase the same car. I submitted a loan application and was told the next day they are "still waiting to hear anything back, i will let you know tomorrow". Two days later i get another email "are you still interested in the car". I said "yes, the last i knew you were "waiting to hear something back"." No response. I will simply take my business elsewhere, i just wish i didnt waste a week or more of my time with this dealership.

I would definitely stay away from this place. Moody (sales rep) extremely pushy & untruthful. Took car for test drive, Moody set in the back seat texting. Knew nothing about the vehicle. Think he’d be better off working for an internet company.

I negotiated the price and all of the details in advance. I live about 2 hours from the dealership so I took an Uber over to pick up the car. I had submitted most of the information in advance so I was hopeful that I wouldn't have to spend too long at the dealership. I was mistaken. I was still there about 2 1/2 hours. The salesman, Tony, was very nice and attentive, he gave me a "tour" of the car and then I had to sit and wait... and wait... and wait... The finance manager, Walter, was genuinely nice (as is his job I guess) and entertaining. Once the paperwork was signed, I was on the road. I love love love my car, I feel like the deal was fair. I would actually recommend the dealership as they did negotiate the deal ahead of time so I didn't have to deal with that part in person. And they brought me water and snacks too!!

Smooth purchase, car was delivered as promised. Car was exactly as advertised online.

Terrible. They had the worst communication. Strung us along and then sold the car out from under us when we were on our way to see it. I would not recommend this dealership.
