Out of state purchaser. The two car salesman I dealt with were very understanding and patient with me. They ensured I'd be able to drive their used car 2,086 miles back home with not one but two inspections prior to me touching the car. Despite many inquiries after I placed my deposit and missing my first flight, they kept the car and kept their end of our deal. The sale was quick and easy and all paperwork was accepted by my local DMV. Highly recommend even if purchasing out of state.

Consistent and professional

I bought a pre-owned Toyota Camry from this dealership because their online listing clearly showed it included all-weather floor liners. After taking the car home, I found they were missing. I contacted the salesperson, Mercedes, but she kept telling me to reach the General Sales Manager, Robert Fierro, instead of helping. Chelsea later said none of their Camrys had liners, even though I found another one in their inventory advertised with them. After I pointed that out, she stopped responding. Robert Fierro also ignored my emails and calls and refused to resolve the issue. I ended up buying the liners myself. Each person avoided responsibility despite clear proof from their own ad. I plan to report this to Toyota Corporate and the Better Business Bureau. I no longer trust this dealership and don’t recommend them. Verify every advertised feature before buying—once they have your money, they stop caring. ⚠️ My experience felt like a scam. Be careful!
