I was contacted within 15 minutes of submitting my request on this awesome 2023 Dodge Charger Scat Pack Widebody sedan. Ashley was amazing to work with over the course of a week. We kept going back and forth trying to get me into this vehicle. Throughout every step I could not imagine a more attentive and courteous salesperson. If everyone at this dealership works as hard as Ashley they must have an extremely efficient operation. Sadly for personal reasons I was not able to purchase this car, but when I go looking for vehicles in the future I will be checking on inventory at Genthe CJD of Saline.

I found the exact car I was looking for with a manual transmission at Briarwood Ford. I called on it as soon as it was listed. It had been getting a lot of attention so I put a deposit on the car and they took the listing down. The car suffered an accident on the lot (felled tree branch) so I had to wait a few weeks while it got painted. This was most likely covered by the dealership's own insurance. I drove 4.5 hours to Ann Arbor to come pickup the car once it was ready. I was told that it would be "Pristine" when it came back from the paint shop. Upon my first viewing of the car I had a sour feeling in my gut. The car was completely trashed. Scratches and dents everywhere, the inside looked like a barn animal lived in it. Nothing was done to the car at all. They marked the car up heavily and flipped it. I drove the entire way there and there were other interested buyers so I couldn't negotiate. It took me TWO DAYS to clean the car out. What a joke!! They are just after your money!

I was contacted by telemarketers, asking for information about what type of car are you looking for? Really. I was harrassed for several days. I asked the person on the other end are you calling from the dealership no response I then asked I only want information on the vehicle I sent about bmw x3 2011 is it available. No response. I was type funds will I be using. I said do not call me again more than 5 times unless it is regarding my inquiry. Still another call. Now I'm mad. What's the deal simple question. I refuse to drive over 2 hours to get it's not available. Please work on customer service and understanding people's time is valuable and stop wasting mine
