I liked the fact that after explaining my situation the salesman listened to me and was willing to help me with my situation. I still intend on going to this dealership if the truck is still available.

Waste of time . After I submitted paperwork and went to gather funds for purchase I asked could I pay deposit to hold car and was told yes Salesman ghosted me. Sold car to someone else

AVOID, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Attempted to contact them about a vehicle, got a response from two different people with nothing more than a generic pre-canned greeting. I asked specific questions (I live 4 hrs from there, needed to know if it was worth the drive to see it in person) and got no response from either of them. Kylyend and Vanessa were the employees who did not respond. They signed me up to receive junk email from their dealership but I never got my answers. I then forwarded both responses with an explanation of my frustration to their Internet manager (Ms Thibodeaux, I copied and pasted her email from their website so I know it was sent to the correct address) and I have still yet to hear back several days later. Don’t waste your time with this company who places zero value on potential customers. If the car was what I was looking for, they missed out on a cash deal. I will spend my money elsewhere.

Avoid this dealership at all costs. They advertise cars online at prices that are 10–15% lower just to lure you in. Once you show serious interest, they suddenly “recalculate” the total and the real price ends up being much higher than what was promised. Classic bait-and-switch tactic. It’s a complete waste of time and energy. They count on people getting emotionally involved and already invested in the process. But this place is not honest, not transparent, and definitely not professional. This dealership is not worth your trust. Don’t fall for the trap.

Priced fairly, they were unwilling to negotiate but that was not a surprise. Car is in excellent condition. Once paperwork was signed things went downhill. Took over 1.5 hours for them to detail the car and they provided zero updates on why it was taking so long. They also did not disclose that the car would not come with an inspection sticker because their new location isn’t yet licensed to do them apparently. It wasn’t until I asked the salesman the following day (when I noticed it didn’t have one) that this was disclosed. So now I either have to take time off of work, go and pay for somewhere else to do it or drive it back to the dealership once I receive my license plate so they can do it.
