Mike was super helpful and responsive to my request for more information from CarGurus over the weekend. He followed up with us as we worked through our new car purchase.

My first impression of the dealership and the the sales personnel was great. My original salesman was out sick so another salesman stepped up. The vehicle was in very good condition but the original salesman did not point out the paint repairs to the front driver side fender. The other issue was the $899 dealer fee that was non negotiable. Seems excessive for an Internet listing. Drove the vehicle 200 miles home and the car drove great but pulled to the left. Once home I found out the the rear wheel was installed on the front. The rear tires are wider and shorter on the rear per Cadillac spec. Also had the passenger seat belt alarm failed on the second day of ownership. I like the vehicle but the dealership needs to drop there fees and do a better job of preparing their cars for sale. My salesman was very accommodating and did a good job .But in my opinion the dealership needs to drop there fees add a little more room for negotiation and better vehicle prep.

Fields Cadillac was a great dealership. The whole process was extremely quick and easy. I will definitely go back for my next car.

Jonathan and Tristan were excellent. I went in for a Challenger. However, left with an Alfa Romeo Stelvio. My financing was all done by phone within my budget. They gave me the white glove treatment and ensured I was happy and completely satisfied before I walked out the door. I recommend 1000 times over and buying locally is the best. Home town business for the win.

If I could’ve rated this dealer below one star, I would have if you wanna be belittled and pretty much talk to you like a piece of crap then you go right ahead these people that work at the dealership are narcissistic. They’ll talk to you nasty one day and then turn around and text you the next day and say oh that wasn’t me And then continue to belittle you so please save yourself some time and aggravation and go somewhere else to get a vehicle
