Jonathan and Tristan were excellent. I went in for a Challenger. However, left with an Alfa Romeo Stelvio. My financing was all done by phone within my budget. They gave me the white glove treatment and ensured I was happy and completely satisfied before I walked out the door. I recommend 1000 times over and buying locally is the best. It was all going well until the sales managers offered a trade in value of $9,000. An hour later, I closed with Key Buick (Jacksonville) who gave me $22,000 for the trade-in which was in line with kkb.com and edmunds.com. My intelligence has never been insulted so badly; at the end I was treaded with respect else where. This experienced confirmed this dealers 1.5 star rating.
