I bought a low-mile Denali 1500 remotely from Jack Hanania Buick GMC of Saint Augustine, trusting the GMC name, and got stuck with a truck that never should’ve been sold as “turnkey.” The moment it hit my driveway it lit up with suspension codes, a dead backup camera, broken sensors, a garbage tailgate latch, and a transmission that bangs harder than a Metallica concert. Any five-minute test drive would’ve revealed this, but they sold it anyway. Now I’m staring at $10k+ in repairs just to make it roadworthy — money that could’ve bought me a certified, top-trim GM truck at any decent dealership in the country. They knew, they didn’t care, and they took advantage of my trust. I’ve spent over $200k on new GMC trucks before and I’ll buy GMC again — but never from here. GMC should be ashamed to have their name on this building.

Though they did not have what I needed, they were very willing to help. They offered to check their inventory among their 12 locations and even asked what was I looking for and took notes. I felt very encouraged that they were willing to work with me and help me find my car.

Very very pushy. I told them countless times that I wanted to wait after I initially made an appointment that I had to cancel because I had another appointment that I needed to go to and they just kept texting calling and emailing me very annoying.

I only spent Hr tops reviewing car in person, taking pics of my son as it was his graduation gift, paperwork etc. He should be a trainer to all CARS SALES FORCE.
