Alex made the whole process way easier than I expected. From the beginning he was patient, honest, and never once made me feel pressured into buying something I didn’t want or couldn’t afford. He actually listened to what I needed, worked with my budget, and came up with a really good deal for me without making anything feel forced.

Unfortunately, you must leave at least 1 star in each category.. Called prior to visiting to be sure EXACTLY what the OTD (out the door) charges would be. I was told $495 plus tax, titling and tags) A $4900 car would have been $7201 after they added the $995 dealer fees and $995 for a 6 month warranty (that they would not remove. I stated that l would not pay for a warranty and the dealer fee I was quoted was $495. A moment later the “manager” came out (I assume he was the manager as he never spoke to me or even looked at me) and punched some keys into the salespersons PC, then wrote 6901 as the lowest they could go. He then told the salesperson “at $6901 they’ll only be making $25 on the car.” Car was decent, had a broken horn, but otherwise drove well. I will not go back or even look at this dealers website.
