I reached out to Ourisman Chevrolet dealership to purchase a 2025 Chevy z06 that was available and spoke with salesman Niam Bryant. I filled out the online application for financing and provided everything that was asked of me. I spoke with him in which he wanted to FaceTime me to speak with his manager David Alvarize on purchase of the car. It’s been almost a week neither one of them reached out to me with anything on the financing numbers or running of my credit of the car. I’ve reached out to them every day and always they’re going to call me back and I never received a call from them. I’m still waiting on them to this day, this happened to be my worst experience buying a car in my life. I wouldn’t recommend no one to do business with this dealership. They have all my personal information that leaves me terrified that my my information can be subject to use other than for me.

He was kind, professional, and very helpful!! I decided to check out the car and when I arrived, I was helped by both Anthony and Rob.
