Brought the car everything was wrong with it. Scratches on the curb rash put the car on the sixth and I still haven’t got the car yet and it’s going on the 12th a whole week and a half later. Worst experience I ever had buying a car.

Rob Moreno is the best! He was easy to talk to, didn't rush through the paperwork with us and already had GAP coverage included with our price before we even asked about it. Our financier wanted a higher down payment than we had budgeted for, but he was able to work out a deal to bring it down by almost half! Considering the mess of a deal we had with a previous vehicle, Rob and the owner of Membercar were very sympathetic to our situation and went out of their way to make sure we left their establishment with a smile on our faces, and we did! They even bought us lunch! Thanks to Membercar for reminding us that there are still good, honest people in the world who want to see others happy.

Our experience with the floor salesman was pleasant as he was somewhat knowledgeable about the vehicle while being very polite. Once deciding to buy the vehicle, we were handed off to the finance manager, Mark. Mark started the meeting in a very terse and aggressive manner, especially when it came to addressing the price breakdown we were given. We asked for clear explanation of fees and Mark began to belittle our intelligence by telling us we didn’t know how things worked around here. When we asked if he wished to see the MD statutes we were referring to, Mark became irate, yelling that he didn’t care about the law. He then proceeded to berate us when we questioned this exclamation and stormed out of the office. We were very confused and embarrassed as we had told our floor salesman that we liked the numbers and wanted to buy the car. Hopefully it was just a bad day for Mark, however after that experience, it was not possible for us in good conscience to proceed with the sale.
