Price listed on car gurus when I inquired was $34,486. They called me back a day later and it was a new month they tried to sell me the car for $38,900. I informed them of the price when I inquired and showed proof. They would not honor the price at the time of my inquiry. Would not negotiate at all even after attempting to meet in the middle with price.

I was very disappointed with my experience trying to buy a vehicle from RJ Hupp. I submitted an inquiry and followed up with a call almost immediately and I was told I would have my credit application looked at. This exact exchange happened multiple times for 3 days after just to ultimately be told the vehicle was sold. I was the called the following day after it was sold and was asked if I was still interested. This seemed like a joke at this point but I told the guy (who was very nice) over the phone I was told it was sold and he had no idea. He then called me back 5 minutes later to confirm it was sold… I’ve never dealt with such lack of communication it was truly bizarre
