Contacted the dealership and received a prompt response. Asked for info and they said they’d email it over right away. A couple of hours I still hadn’t received any info and asked. They apologized and said they’d get me the info the next morning. The next morning I didn’t receive anything and asked later in the afternoon, via text, and they apologized and said they’d make it priority and get back to me quick. A couple of hours later I received a text verifying I got the info (which I hadn’t). I said I did not and they apologized and agreed it was unacceptable. At the is time I said I was moving on. A couple of days ago I emailed them again asking about the vehicle and did not receive any reponse.

We are happy with the vehicle but had a few questions after the sale. I have placed three phone calls to the dealership and my husband sent one e mail. Our questions were not answered, like "Where are the floor mats?". This is a 2023 Toyota Rav 4 XLE with the weather package. It should have floor mats!

Tarris,(the owner), from the moment I started talking with him about the Mercedes, he was completely forthright with me and extremely willing to help me with my questions and my desire to drive the car to Mercedes in Madison to have a pre purchase inspection completed.
