The car looked amazing online but in person there was tons of scratches and paint chipping as well as rust on the tires. the price online was not the same as the one in dealer too. i told the salesman that he gave me the wrong price and he said he can’t go all the way down to where the price is online as well as undervaluing my trade by $4,000. I contacted the salesman about my concerns and he didn’t reply to me at all and i’m very interested in that car. because of my experience i no longer want that car because of the lack of communication from the dealer and the lack of transparency on the shape of the car.

The response was pretty slow to my inquiry, yet when an agent did respond, he sent a very helpful video, since I live hours away from their dealership.

The experience was good until arrival at the store. AutoNation has a $895 doc fee, which they disclosed but only after I asked. There were additional "fees" that were not disclosed and unrelated to the registration and title work. I don't understand why it wasn't on the buyer's order. The number on the bottom of the signed buyer's order was not the number upon arrival, and they would not honor the signed buyer's order. So, no sale.

My salesman told me I was approved for the trip then when I got to the dealership, he told me I was $600 shy from being approved by finance. so then he pulled around a Kia Sorrento that was used had a baby bottle under the seat. It was terribly filthy and he wanted me to put my $4000 down on. It tried to talk me into it like it was in comparison to what I picked out. It was horribly not my style that he didn’t even have another car for me to choose from if I was $600 shy according to finance he wouldn’t even ask me did I have any other income I could add to make up for the 600 in which I did and could have presented verifiable money that I had coming in so I can get the truck that I wanted that he felt more comfortable, letting me leave empty-handed.

I called to check to make sure the vehicle was available. Made an appointment to take the vehicle home for 24 hours drove 45 minutes to pick the vehicle up and when I got there, the service was good but when they brought the vehicle out on the driver side back panel, what a huge piece of paint chipped off the vehicle, the size of a golf ball this was not mentioned in the ad, and it was not shown in the pictures. I went back and looked at the pictures and every picture. It was cut out very disappointed.
