Out of state buyer. I would have bought this car but ended up buying another car where the dealer communication was lacking. Very slow. The other dealer had communication via text as if he wanted to sale the car. The car is electric so things like video of a full charge is what is needed. This dealer lacked in that request etc. So I went with a dealer that had most reliable communication.

Lack of communication. I was told to fill out an application. I did. I was told to get financed. I did. I’m 69 miles away. I told them I’m ready to purchase the car what’s my next step. I called due to stop communicating with me. I spoke with Jon. He said he got my information. He’ll give me a call back Simone is looking at the car. Mind you this is Sunday. I’ve been communicating with them ever since Tuesday. I was still getting the run around then come Friday I was told the car is no longer available.
