Great deal, very helpful staff, however things like giving a very low amount for a trade in, not detailing a vehicle because its used or only putting 10 dollars in the gas tank also because its a used vehicle really hold it back from being a great dealer.

Paid down payment and 5 weeks later still hadn’t received a call or the vehicle. Told them to refund me and keep truck . It took a week and four calls to get money back! But I did receive 4 texts asking how to keep my business. Them texts would have been handy 4 weeks ago! Terrible experience! Made one call bought a brand new 2026 Chevrolet Silverado and it cost me $92 more a month and took less than hour to make deal and got truck in two days !

Sales person was. Good, but sales manager was pushy. And I flat out do not like that.

Ty was our salesman who helped us purchase a new vehicle with ease. Dealerships may not always be so fun but we enjoyed doing business here.

Would absolutely NOT recommend this dealer. Deceptive sales tactics by the sales person. Everything he agreed to leading up to the purchase was not true. The Sales Director was not helpful and did not follow thru either.

Good dealer, extremely helpful

If I could give no stars I would. Textbook dealer BS you hear about. I inquired through CarGurus and texted back and forth with a gentleman for an hour or so, booked my flight and went to bed. Texted and confirmed we were all set and boarded my plane. Fast forward through the 40 minute uber ride to the dealer where I find out ‘the truck must have just sold yesterday.’ Turns out who I’ve been texting is their ai response bot, who represents himself more as a salesperson and definitely never mentions he’s an ai assistant. The sales manager made an attempt to locate me another truck at various dealers, but at the end of the conversation it just became a ‘well this is unfortunate.’ Now I’m out $800 for two one way tickets and close to $200 for Ubers back and forth to okc, as well as a tank of fuel for my wife driving me back and forth to Dfw airport. No offer to reimburse, no offer to get me a ride back to the airport or cover some of the expenses, just this is unfortunate.

The dealership’s responsiveness was commendable, but it felt like some of their response was canned; i.e., a standard reply that an automated system generated. And more than one person contacted me, which made for redundant communication that indicated they were not communicating with each other. They were respectful and seemed genuinely interested in helping me, and, all things considered, the vehicle appeared to be outstanding, including a good value. However, since my initial inquiry I had decided that I wanted to pursue a Premium Plus trim and moved on.

Johnson's of kingfisher is an awesome place to buy a vehicle. They are responsive to the customer's needs. Johnson's of kingfisher is like stepping back in time to buy a car. The dealership is clean and organized and the staff is awesome. No high pressure sales they truly our concerned the customer's needs. And the sales staff is very friendly easy going. Just a great place to buy a vehicle.
