Emily the person I initially spoke to started off polite. As conversations went on, she became pushy and responses were rude and inconsiderate. I previously purchased a car from this dealer back in 2020 with 7k customer service has gone down hill. As a returning customer you would think the conversations would be more respectful but that was not the case. During negotiations, as I spoke to Emily and sales Randy, they seen I placed a down payment back in 2020 and pushed for me to make another down payment when during initial conversation with Emily a down payment was maybe an option but nothing confirmed. Then when decision was made not to put a down payment Emily became rude and unprofessional with her responses. When I did speak with Randy over the phone it seemed as of things were going well, but when explaining the car I was looking at had a history of electrical issues per my experience and no warranty was offered or mentioned negotiations stalled and unfortunately ended.

Highly recommend buying from another dealership. There, you're just a number... Nothing but bad experience after another. Make sure you double check what is put on paper. Had to make several corrections. Please, take your time and read, everything.

Inquired about a hellcat listed at 79k. Told them I wanted to get an out the door purchase price to submit to my bank. Told them I wanted it at or below 85k which with Tax, title license it should be around 84k like other vehicles I have inquired about. They then had some random California number call me and tell me OTD price was 97k that’s 18k more then the listed price and 12k more then I told them I wanted to pay. They were awful and Untrustworthy. Even though that was the car I absolutely wanted and had be approved for the loan prior to contracting them. I refused to do business with them.

Not very helpful. Told them I was just getting out of bankruptcy and they told me thats no problem and that they could still possibly get me into the car. Felt that they rushed me to provide my ssn so that they can run the credit check. They then told me that because I have challenging credit coming from the bankruptcy, I have to put at least $100000 down. They said that is what the bank is offering. Not really helpful and did not go out of their way to help me get into the car. I made a comment that this was a waste of my time and the dealer said that this wasted his time as well. Who says that??
