They would not offer a trade value for my truck. Very disappointed. Not sure what more info you want. It's pretty cut and dried. They didn't want to trade for my truck which is the same year as the one I was trying to buy and a diesel. They would not give me a reason why

Called and they told me truck was still available after they ran all my credit info they came back and told me was sold night before so needless to say had to go elsewhere.

I feel horrible and totally taken advantage of. This is the 3rd day I’ve had the car and this morning was the first time I drove it more than half a mile. I used the windshield wiper and discovered a break/crack in the windshield under the wiper blade. Obviously out of my view from the online pictures and video which never showed the windshield in detail. I don’t see how a “167 point” inspection could miss this. So, my new car buying experience went from exciting and positive to completely disappointing. I was already apprehensive because I know dealerships take advantage of women and this just confirmed my worst fears. After a $6k down payment and a high interest rate, I will now have to pay almost $1000 to replace the windshield. So, almost one week of my salary as a bedside nurse. I would advise against buying cars online our out of state from the dealership.

The sales associate was very helpful and informative. The used car sales manager was very confrontational and somewhat arrogant. Just not a very friendly person. We could not come to an agreement on price as their position was essentially non-negotiable. I have found a vehicle a year newer with less miles and all the features I wanted as well as the color I desired. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this dealer for future business solely due to the attitude and arrogance of the used car sales manager.
