The pictures online of the car did not look like the car that was on the lot that they were selling. Next time I suggest that they, be more exact with the quality and pictures of the car. I drive 45 mins and the quality of the car was in very bad shape.

The whole staff were great! The only reason for the 4 star scores was that I brought in a check for the down payment, about half the car's cost, payable to me from another local dealer that I intended to sign and have them counter-sign. No can do per CarMax policy. We eventually got around that but it still required resigning new paperwork that day as well as me having to make a 250-mile roundtrip to do so very soon if I don't refi instead! I will also say that the dealer at least offered to fill the gas tank and pay up to $50 in food with receipts. The only ordeal with the whole transaction was the down payment check problem. There should be a better workaround in these situations.
