We had read reviews mentioning that staff could be difficult to find, so when we arrived, we went inside and asked directly to see the vehicle we were interested in. That ensured someone was available to assist us. Unfortunately, the vehicle we came to see looked nothing like the photos online. It was in very poor condition, and many of the other vehicles on the lot appeared to be in similar shape. The online photos were misleading and did not accurately represent the actual condition of the vehicles. We left disappointed, as the inventory did not match the expectations set by the advertisements.

Best Choice Auto have very good inexpensive cars trucks and SUV’s. Andy was really help and understanding of my needs. I had no pressure of buying during my visit.

I called multiple times over a period two weeksinquiring about a vehicle and its availability. Every time they said the truck was in the shop with no updated details. They took down my name and number and said they would call as soon as it got back on the lot. I called on a monday morning because if it was back I was going to drive up to Tacoma that day to look at and mostly likely buy the truck. They recognized my number and knew what I was calling about. Then less than 24 hours later I got an alert from car gurus saying the truck was sold. I was extremely frustrated because I feel like they could have been a little more transparent and I wouldnt have wasted time waiting around for two weeks when I needed a vehicle now.

The whole team at 410 seemed to have pitched in to make this deal work. Laid back and super easy to deal with.

The ad was in error, after I brought it to their attention, they corrected it. The VIN tipped me off, it was an honest mistake.

They told me they were going to be there till 7 PM then 5 PM. I was already on my way and wasn’t going to make that time so I turned around and come home.

Never heard back from them a single time.
