Good experience with this dealership. Very smooth process.

Messaged them about a truck I had seen online listed for around $16k. Great looking truck. A couple days later it was a Saturday and I sent a message that I was interested in the truck. They made me set an appointment which was dumb but no big deal. My appointment was set for 4pm and I am an hour away mind you. My wife and kids wanted to come with me to look at this truck so naturally with two little ones and the whole family piling into my car, we were running a little late, roughly 20 minutes. We got on the road and approximately 6 minutes before my “appointment” I received a text message saying the vehicle sold. If I wasn’t running late, that’s a 56 minute drive both ways for a truck that’s not for sale. Couldn’t tell me someone is currently looking at it? On top of that, they lied. The truck sits for sale at this very moment but it’s listed for $3k more than it was originally. Lying to customers to take advantage of them. Leesburg Auto Import can pound sand.

Someone from the dealership did respond with in a few minutes of my request.

Overall the way I can describe this dealership would be like this. If you are going to buy a used vehicle just go somewhere else especially if its not a Hyundai because they will try their hardest to sell you one of their newer vehicles instead of the one you inquiring about. However the staff is super friendly and will answer any questions you have solid 4 star dealership

Dealership was able to answer all of my questions. They were easy to deal with even though I was far away. I am very satisfied with my purchase.

Talked on the phone price and financing. Was planning trip to pick up vehicle. Next day text salesman and she said they had two appointments to show the vehicle. Must have sold it and never got a response if still available.
