The vehicle I was interested in was priced too high. I found the same color vehicle for $3,000 less and closer to home. The GM would not negotiate but rather lose money while it continues to sit in their parking lot. Plus they include a dealers package that already includes the extras from the previous owner.

Absolutely unacceptable experience. I confirmed the 6:00 PM appointment with Karla Jones that morning, yet she failed to communicate that the car was not available before I made the trip. I drove 1 hour and 30 minutes through peak Houston traffic with my four young children, only to arrive and find out the vehicle was not there. That is incredibly unprofessional and a complete waste of a customer’s time. A simple call or message could have prevented all of this. Stay away from this place.

As soon as I arrived, the staff welcomed me, making the car buying experience enjoyable from the beginning. I was excited to take the Subaru for a test drive.
